Our Founder
Kiran Pathania is a dynamic and accomplished woman with a diverse background. Holding an M.A. in Economics, she has extensive experience in public relations within the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has managed operations, administration, roadshows, and product launches, all driven by innovative and original thinking. Kiran maintains a strong sense of motivation, fostering gratitude, and inspiring others to reach their potential.
Known for her articulation and meticulousness, Kiran’s defense background has shaped her soft skills and management approach. She has served as an advisor to various defense welfare organizations, playing key roles in supporting their initiatives. Her deep understanding of the cultural preferences across different regions of the country enriches her work.
An honest and creative individual, Kiran believes that creativity has timeless value and does not fade with time. She possesses strong leadership qualities and excels in interpersonal communication with both men and women. Kiran also contributes to society through her association with the Missionaries of Charity (founded by Nobel Laureate Mother Teresa) and Sandesham NGO, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the society and Keep her rooted.
Our Story
Grow Events was founded with the impactful goal of bringing innovation, professionalism, and empowerment to every event we manage. This goal was inspired by the desire to transform the unorganized event management industry. Our founders had an idea for a platform that would improve communities while also providing faultless event execution. This would be accomplished by giving women and former military members opportunities. What began as a small project has grown into one of the most vibrant event management firms in India.

Rooted in her defense family upbringing, Kiran leads with a purpose — empowering women and vendors while making unforgettable experiences. Together, we have successfully delivered over 12+ prime projects, including destination weddings, corporate events, and cultural celebrations.
